Mario and Luigi
Billy (Mario) and Jeremy (Luigi) had the best costumes by far on Super hero day. I'm not sure that Mario and Luigi are superheroes, but Billy and Jeremy are, so that works!
I'm not sure who Batman and Robin are, but they need to be informed that Marvel comics are better than DC.

actually that was the homecoming parada day. Wasn't super hero day. They dressed up so they wouldn't have to do it later on.
