Prom+Discrimination+Cops= FUN
So Saturday night was crazy because they didn't let Jenn and Ape into prom because Ape was wearing a tux, which wasn't out of dresscode, they just didn't like it because it represented the role she played in their relationship and our school administrators are apparently a big bunch of homophobes. So, were going to just go home, but instead we called the news and they came down and that was cool, and then the school called the cops and I almost got arrested for "inciting a riot" when I wasn't, Wess was, but they thought it was me, so ehh. oh well. It will be something cool to tell my children when I'm older-- that their mom didn't go to her senior prom because her school was too afraid of homosexuals and how she almost got arrested, but then went bowling. Good times...
BTW-- the ACLU has picked up the case and is providing a free lawyer for the trial, they plan to go all the way...
