I miss this fellow...

However, a mere 24 days from now there is going to be a run-hug-spin in the Nashville Airport when I get to see him again and it's going to be great.

Waking Up

So today I was asked to write about times when I felt the most comfortable/safe and I wrote about a few times when I was falling asleep/waking up over Spring Break. It made me kind of sad to think about; it was in those moments of just waking up or right before I fell asleep that I felt so safe and secure. There is something so comforting about falling asleep knowing that when you wake up someone who cares will be there for you to talk to, or even just to look at. It's hard to explain because I think most people expect it to be something sexual, but it's not, it's just sleeping. The slow, steady breathing, the warmth of someone else and having arms wrapped around you keeping you close, I loved it, and I miss it.
